We went down to bear lake this weekend I love this lake it is sooo beautiful and I vote it #1 kid friendly lake you can walk out forever and it doesn't get past your waist. Even Treagan crawled out quite a ways. Then we went to camp at our usual spot on the lake only to find it had been sold and they are building vacation homes on the lots. We were so upset but then we drove around and found this spot up in the mountains and we loved it. It was about 10 min from Bear lake in Paris Canyon and it was soo pretty a little stream ran right alongside our campsite we put our watermelon in it and it was nice and cool for breakfast. In the morning we went exploring and found the head of the spring, and then we took a little drive and found these ice caves it was cool to see so much snow and ice inside when it was 85 outside. We really enjoyed our weekend and loved seeing the kids having so much fun. It is amazing the beauty that has been created all around us if we take the time to slow down and look around!

Soo jealous. I miss going to Bear Lake with you guys. I wish we lived closer to you. Looks like you had tons of fun...without us:(

I'm so jealous! My family used to go to Bear Lake every year. Now that we live so far away, we can't go:( I'm glad you guys had a good time!
